一、试卷情况：

本次命题，题型多从不同方面对学生进行考查。试卷中能充分体现考查学生基础知识为主要目标的命题原则，坚持依据于课本，但又避免教材中知识的机械考查，体现了知识的层次性和循序渐进原则。如句型转换，在考核知识的同时也考查了学生运用语言的能力和方法。试题形式多样，题量合适，难易适中。

二、学生试卷分析：

(一)、听力部分

听力测试旨在考查学生听音、辨音及听力理解和快速反应能力。满分为30分，共三题，整体来看，听力部分得分率较高，第一题的选词和填词基本满分，说明学生单词和词组掌握较好。第三大题有一问职业的句型超出范围，导致失分较多。

(二)、笔试部分

1.第四、第五、第六题都是考察单词的识记和分类，这几大题得分率较高，但有个别学生没记住单词现象，学生做题不认真，没有看清题目要求，还有选出E.F的。

2.第七题的情景选择题型很好，但是只有五题，题量少了一些，考查到了学生的语言运用能力。但是第一题考查电话中介绍自己是谁，应用：This is XXX,而不能说I’m XXX.由于课本上没有这一内容，学生基本做错。教师还要超越课本，尽量多地补充语言知识和句型。

3.第八大题还是侧重考查句型的理解和应用，都是来自课本的句型，学生都烂熟于心，因此基本上都能得满分。

4.第九题的句型转换是学生做题最动脑，也是失分最多的题。这类题型很灵活，这类题型侧重语法,失分很严重，主要是平时很少接触这种题型，没用进行过这类题的训练，学生完全没有这方面的答题技巧。如划线部分是at 12：00 这个时间，那提问就是when do you „? 划线部分是flying the kites这个现在分词，那提问就是when are you doing? 另外两题一般疑问句的回答也很不理想，许多同学只是简单回答YES或NO,没有完整回答。有些学生只得2分，得分低的同学，说明对英语学科的学习还没有找到适合自己的方法，这样下去，后果会很严重，一定要在平时的教学中多关注后进生，使两极分化减小到最低程度。

总而言之，学生对该句型的掌握不熟练，答题技巧也未形成。学生往往口头上会回答，但是缺少一定的语境提示，书面答题很不理想。

5、短文阅读理解。主要考查学生对英语短文的阅读理解能力。从学生的答题情况看，学生的阅读理解能力也比以往有所提高。第2、4小题几乎全对。第3小题有两个空，学生做这样的题少，所以不知选一个，有部分学生选两个答案，可见学生的应变能力还有待提高。

三、存在的问题：

从卷面分析来看，学生的基础知识与运用部分普遍还存在着以下几方面的问题。

（1）学生没形成较好的答卷习惯，审题不清，导致失分。

（2）学生题型见的少，如第九题，学生不知道干什么，因为他没见过这样的题型，自己也不去审题，造成失分。

（3）学生对于单词和句子，普遍存在着会读不会译，这就给考试带来很大的困难。（4）学生的书写能力不达标。说明在日常书写过程中教师没有要求学生正规书写，或缺乏经常性地巩固训练。四，教师存在的问题：

1、教学中对知识训练不到位，致使个别学生在基础知识方面失分。

2、训练学生能力不到位，在真实的情境中有个别学生不能灵活的运用知识。同样的知识，变换一下形式就不会做了。

五、改进措施：

1、平时加强学生多读、多背、多练，扎扎实实抓好基础教学。课堂训练形式要更加灵活，采用多种方式对单词、句型进行训练，注重知识的积累与运用，在培养兴趣的同时传授学生掌握单词的方法。例如，教学单词时，一定要帮助学生分清认清，教师反复强调帮助学生记忆。

2、在教学中，注意知识的均衡性，不仅要认读要求掌握的“三会”、“四会”单词，更要对白体单词加强听、说、读、写的训练。

3.多鼓励多表扬，培养学生自信心。在以后的教学中，一定要锻炼学生的胆量，多让学生当众演说，设立小组制，比一比、看一看，谁最有勇气主动发言，从多方面培养学生的自信心。

4、端正学生的学习态度，培养其良好的行为习惯，如：认真审题、认真做题、认真检查的好习惯，使其发挥应有的水平，取得更为优异的成绩。
